Primary six pupil Lewis Hermes Belt was first diagnosed with a slow-growing, low-grade tumour when he was just 20 months old,iving Break.
The Scholastic book fair will be on campus from December 2 through December 13. It will be open for business during the school day and also Thursday night, December 5 during the Cookies and Books night. Parent/Teacher Organization will be sponsoring the Holiday Shop again this year.
This is a great place for students to purchase gifts for family and friends. Holiday Shop hours are 8 to 8:30 a.m. and during lunch.
The Music Department has some wonderful concerts in store for us! Orchestra will be performing Tuesday, December 3 at 6:45 p.m.; Band will be performing Monday, December 16 at 6 p.m.; Choir will be performing Tuesday, December 17 at 6 p.m.
Come celebrate reading on Thursday night, December 5 from 5:30 until 7 p.m. Clifford the Big Red Dog, Gracie the Reading Dog other guest readers will be on campus that evening. We will also enjoy Chick Fila cookies, lemonade and free books! although surgeons decided against operating at that stage.
Laura vividly remembers the day, four years ago, when his condition got worse.
